If I know an Architect or Interior Designer do I need you?

Architects are training to design a building and create living spaces; Interior Designers are training to design and decorate living spaces. We at Stone Services Group, Inc. through our Design/Build Program have a team working together under one roof: architect-client and general contractor. If the team needs an additional member lets say an Interior Designer we incorporate this professional or others as required.

You need a General Contractor like Stone Services Group, Inc. with proven records of efficient project management experience capable of optimize construction costs, schedule of work and quality control in accordance with your objectives.

What kind of people work with Stone Services Group, Inc.?

Stone Services Group, Inc. is a Florida Certified General Contractor that for the nature of its services is made up of construction professionals and and our skillful group of technicians and workforce specialized in high end properties. Each project is assigned to a Project Manager and a Foreman from the beginning to the end of the project.

How do you charge?

After we have your objectives and needs for your project we elaborate the Initial Proposal and we require 5% of the total amount of the aforesaid Proposal as a Retainer Fee that will be deducted from the total amount contracted. This is a requirement before we go further in the Design/Build Program.

We make a detailed contract having the Initial Proposal as part of it and we specified the deposits required as per job advance.
