Our Design/build program was developed to involve the client in all phases of their project and to have one source of accountability.

Since the beginning the team: client-architect-general contractor work together through the program phases:

• The preliminary Phase: client idea and budget-preparation of several schemes, including schematic sketches-budgeting pricing for each scheme.
• The Design/Development: After the owner chooses scheme and budget, this phase convert sketches into plans-project spec's-construction proposal.
• The Construction Phase: completes the Design/Development Phase drawings with sufficient detail to obtain building permits and builds the project.
